Custom made from Lightweight 13oz tartan fabric.

Garter Flashes are pieces of fabric that hang from the outside of your hose (socks) in matching tartan to your kilt.  They are attached to elastic which fastens with a hook and clasp and sits under the cuff of your hose.

These garter flashes are doubled meaning they have 2 pieces of fabric (flash) per garter.

Available in over 500 tartans
