Based in Selkirk in the heart of the Scottish Borders, we are in traditional Scottish weaving country and are proud to continue to work within this historic industry

We were founded by my Dad Gerald Reilly, who started working in a local weaving mill on his 15th birthday! The company now continues under myself, Angela Lauder. When I was a wee lassie dad had a small commission weaving mill in Selkirk. Me and my wee brother Mark spent a lot of time there in the evenings, oiling looms, playing with the barrows and carts and then maybe having a snooze in the pile of woven greasy tartan pieces awaiting collection for finishing. We were in the truest sense ‘mill kids’

It’s my mission to bring to a wider audience the whole range of quality Scottish textiles and accessories. I believe in selling these to my customers at a reasonable price whilst still paying a fair price to the talented makers producing them
