Spend over £75 to receive Free UK Shipping

All orders to the value of £75 or more delivered to a UK mainland address will qualify for free standard delivery.  The delivery time for this service is 2-3 working days from dispatch.  Our express service can be selected at the checkout and is not included in this promotion.  No discount code is required, free shipping will apply automatically



Changes to Shipping to the USA

Effective from August 29, 2025, all shipments to the USA will be subject to import duties. (Previously duty was only payable on shipments with value above $800)  e.
From 29th August all orders will be subject to additional import duty, taxes and fees.  From this date any orders for shipping to the USA will be subject to a 5% surcharge, this allows us to send your order to you with the status of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and ensure that there are no unnecessary delays at US Customs



Surcharges for orders to Canada, Australia and Europe

Due to Tariff Arrangements between the UK and Canada, Australia and Europe we need to apply the undernoted surcharges at the point of purchase.  This allows us to send your order to you with the status of DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which will ensure that there are no unnecessary delays at Customs

The make up time for custom made items is detailed on the individual product pages.  We can however often make up items more quickly on request.  Please contact us to check!  An express make-up fee may apply.
